8th A La Carte Academy Registration

- A Yearly Family Registration fee of $150 is due at the time of registering.
-A refundable deposit of $250 is due prior to the 1st day of school. This deposit will be retained if the family does not fulfill their one year commitment. For families that do fulfill their commitment, this deposit can be returned at the end of the school year or held to hold the student’s spot for the next year.
- Supply fees will cover provided curriculum. They are based on grade level and will be invoiced to you by email.
- Tuition is a commitment for the year: 9 payments will be required (*unless eligible for the tuition discount program which will be reflected on your monthly invoice).
- Tuition is due on the 20th of each month starting in August, ending in April.
- A late payment of $25 will be added to any payments over 3 days late.

- We rely on parent involvement in order to keep our tuition costs low.
- I understand that a parent/guardian is required to volunteer at least 4 hours per month.
- Additional fees will be added to my tuition on the months I am unable to meet this requirement.
- Sign up slots will be available through our Parent Portal.

-I grant permission to M.A.K.E. Greatness Academy, hereinafter known as the “Media”, to use my image (photographs and/or video) for use in Media publications including:
Videos, Emails, Marketing Brochures, Newsletters, General Publications, Social Media, Websites.
-I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the finished photographs or electronic matter that may be used in conjunction with them now or in the future, whether that use
is known to me or unknown, and I waive any right to royalties or other compensation
arising from or related to the use of the image.
-I have read this release and I fully understand the contents, meaning and impact of this release. I understand that I am free to address any specific questions regarding this release by submitting those questions in writing prior to agreeing, and I agree that my failure to do so will be interpreted as a free and knowledgeable acceptance of the terms of this release.
